The stage is run twice during the event and serves as a timing benchmark for crews. The Pemberton Sports Club at 1 Club Road is the event hub for Tarmac South West. The Pump Hill stage starts from the club, making it the most accessible and spectator-friendly stage in the collection. The gradient is consistent enough to keep the speed in check and the corners tight enough to prevent it from becoming a pure power test. This is one of the shortest stages in the WA collection but one of the most authentic - a real rally stage on a real rally road.
